Energy

We use energy every day. It gives us light in our lamps, water in our taps, and heat in radiators. Last year we used 158,839 TWh (which is 158839000000 kWh). A lot of this energy was unnecessarily worn out. Unfortunately, only about 5% of it was energy from renewable sources such as wind energy and solar energy. When we waste power we pollute our environment with toxic fumes from all kinds of power plants. All contamination partly lead to climate change and air pollution.  To minimalize that we should do things as easy as turning off the lights when we left the room or turning the water off while brushing our teeth. We can also close our doors to prevent heat from escaping. Another good way is changing old lightning bulbs to LEDs ones. We can also save energy by taking cooler showers. We should do as much as we can to reduce the amount of energy that we use every day and contribute to saving the planet.

  1. One of the most efficient ways is to insulate our homes, so that warm air does not escape through poorly designed walls and windows.

  2. Like you said, we have to do as much as we can to use less or in a good way energy
